Listening Mothers
Bring your baby to this eight-week group class and nurture one of the most important relationships you will ever have. Listening Mothers™ helps you:
- Tune into and respond to your baby's needs
- Develop your identity as a mother
- Reflect on your parenting style and learn about others
- Look into your own childhood and how it impacts your parenting
- Learn by sharing with other new mothers
What to expect
Each small group is led by a counselor holding a master's degree in social work, counseling, or other related field and trained in emotional development and attachment theory. We meet weekly for eight weeks in 90 minute sessions and welcome all mothers and their babies (newborns up to 6 months).
For other classes in Seattle and King County, call 206-275-0104 or visit the Listening Mothers Website.
